Each participating United Way has partnered with the United Way of St. Joseph County 2-1-1 Call Center to bring Information & Referral services to their community. The call center was started in 2005 to bring 2-1-1 service to St. Joseph County. Since then, it has added Elkhart, Fulton, Marshall, Kosciusko and LaPorte County.
The Information & Referral Specialists at the call center are highly trained and certified, and we are confident that they will provide premier service to the citizens of each participating county.
